   • Don’t roll this out in games right away – Do put dry and tee work in first

3. How To Teach – regression-progressions
   • At least 4 days per week and 5-mins/day
   • 5-swing rounds, then break
   • Beginner – Dry and/or tee swings hitting different ball marker positions, using Ropebat
   • Intermediate – Introduce and Sync Pounding Nail Drill to hitting specific catcher’s glove

1. Advanced – Hunting ‘zones’ during LIVE
   • 2-plate drill
   • High – let it fly, Low – let it go (reverse)
   • Inner 1/3 or ½ (this/that), or Outer 1/3 or ½ (this/that) …taking outside that zone
   • Random pitch and/or random pitcher rhythm
